Kurt Stranne joined the United States Air Force after graduating high school. He served four years on active duty as a flight line mechanic on cargo jets. He then served in the United States Air Force Reserve while earning his Engineering degree at the University of Washington. In 2001, out of over 70,000 Reserve members, Kurt was awarded the Air Force Reserve Command Supervisor of the Year.
Kurt is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Safety Professional. He has worked as a field engineer, a design engineer, the safety director for a large union contractor, and as an instructor in classrooms across the United States and Canada. His years of field and teaching experience allows Kurt to communicate information and complex ideas in ways that are easily understood.
